UV light oil use precautions
(1) Viscosity. Generally controlled at about 20s or below (3 # Charn cup), the printing effect is better. But UV light oil does not exist like solvent or water as low viscosity thinner, it is difficult to adjust the viscosity in the operation, generally by controlling the temperature of the light oil container to adjust the viscosity of UV light oil.
(2) Preservation. UV light oil should be avoided in direct sunlight during use and kept in a cool place below 30℃. In heating to adjust the viscosity of UV light oil, pay attention to avoid high temperature or long time heating, so as not to cause UV light oil gelation or deterioration.
(3) Labor protection aspect. UV light oil is irritating to the skin, plus it does not volatilize, in the summer under high temperature environment, if UV light oil gets on the skin or clothes, it may enter the skin with sweat to cause inflammation. Therefore, if the skin is stained with UV light oil, it should be cleaned as soon as possible, and promptly replace the work clothes.
