1.Planning

This stage is mainly by you and the planner and the printing factory to harmonize the completion, the first by you according to their own requirements and advertising agencies, or their own internal planners, planning the packaging printing documents, and at the same time to complete the selection of packaging materials.

2. Film

Transmit the planning documents to our printing house, and then our printing house and the film company will make the film.

3.Printing

After getting the film, our printing company will confirm the printing according to the size of the film, the thickness of the paper, and the color of the printing.

4.Manufacture of knife mold and laminating pits

Manufacturing tooling needs to be confirmed according to the sample and printed semi-finished products, a good tooling determines the appearance and shape of the color box, laminating is mainly used in the pit box, according to your requirements to choose the pit paper with a special machine to stick together.

5.Printing appearance treatment

This appearance treatment is mainly to beautify the appearance, there are laminating, hot stamping, UV, over oil polishing and so on.

6.Molding

Use of machinery, knife and mold. Make the color box die-cutting, constitute the fundamental style of the color box.

7.Sticky box

It is to glue the color box according to the sample or planning style, and glue the parts of the color box that need to be fixed and connected.
