Color box printing lamination production process
The lamination in color box printing is what we call “over-plastic”, “laminating”, “laminating”, etc. It is a process of laminating the bright plastic film to the appearance of the printed materials through hot pressing. After laminating, the color box has more advantages, such as it can be waterproof, anti-fouling, non-discoloration and add luster and other advantages, and now the color box are used in this production process. Common laminating packaging products are cartons, boxes, bags, fertilizer bags, seed bags, self-adhesive labels and so on.
Although this process, sounds relatively simple, but Yingli printing in order to print the most perfect color box packaging, we also have strict requirements for this process.
- Open the machine power supply, open the air compressor valve inflatable. Press the alarm, open the host, equipment operation.
- Turn on the electric switch in advance of heating, temperature regulation at about 100 degrees. According to the thickness of paper or raw materials to adjust the temperature, generally controlled between 90-110 degrees.
- Center the product to be laminating placed on the top to the table, adjusting the two ends of the block gauge to the appropriate position.
- Adjustment Fida and suction nozzle, adjust the pressure of the two paper feed end of the pressure wheel, the pressure to adhere to the same, to prevent the paper from going sideways.
- According to the width of the paper, adjust the size of the lap, the lap is generally about 1CM.
- Adjust the cutter disk of the paper cutter, the paper delivery belt and the paper receiving table of the blocking gauge, the blocking plate from the paper about 1CM orientation.
- The film according to the direction of the paper through the guide roller, wrinkle roller, adjusting roller into the press part. And adjust the film orientation and delivery of paper orientation to adhere to the neat.
- According to the thickness of the paper to adjust the pressure of the composite steel rod, generally controlled between 10 Pa – 15 Pa.
